Evaluation of the product:
I have made a simple animated avator. The system supports many different language, so I can type in Chinese. The system generates voice based on my input text. The graphics are attractive and I think this tool can be integrated to teaching materials for children or teenagers.
This is an interesting and attractive tool for teaching and learning. Thanks for sharing it with us!
ReplyDeletei have tried this tool and believe this tool could arous student's interest, however some modification might needed as the pronounciation is not very accurate.
ReplyDeleteYes, but I think it is a technical limitation. According to my knowledge, text-to-speech technology is still not quite mature. The speech converted from text is still looks un-natural on some of the sentenses.
